How can we help you source venues?

Search guides, tutorials, and quick answers for the Agency Workspace — shortlists, presentation mode, site inspections, and client decks.

Quick help

Getting Started

Set up your Agency Workspace, invite teammates into seats, and load your first venue listings.

Lists & Shortlists

Build shareable shortlists, rename or edit them anytime, and copy a client-ready link that hides your private notes.

Presentation Mode & Address Privacy

Hide exact addresses, blur pins to neighborhood level, and keep owner details out of client-facing views.

Venue Search & Filters

Search by capacity, venue type, rate range, listing status, catering or kitchen, outdoor space, noise rules, and permit or zoning notes.

Site Inspections & Walkthroughs

Run a specs checklist on site, add timestamped notes and photos, and export the walkthrough as a PDF.

Client Decks & Private Owner Info

Turn selected venues into a white-labeled pitch deck or share link, and keep owner and contact details visible to admins and agents only.

Add Photos & Import Assets

Bring venue photos in from Google Drive or Dropbox folders, a CSV or XLSX of photo URLs, pasted image links, a phone QR upload, or the Web Clipper bookmarklet. The Import from Film Workspace tab also copies photos from your Film Workspace into an agency folder with GPS pins, vibe tags, and metadata intact.

Clients & Cross-Referencing

Open Clients in the Agency toolbar to keep a directory of client profiles — name, company, email, phone, and an Active, Prospect, or Archived status, plus private notes. Each profile shows its linked lists, shortlists, and generated decks, and you can attach existing lists or galleries there. When you save a list or generate a client deck, choosing a client tags it so it cross-references back to their profile.

Access & Whitelisting

Two lists decide who gets in. Team seats are the workspace whitelist: in Agency settings enter a teammate's email, choose Agency Admin or Agent / Scout, and Assign seat — only listed emails can open the workspace, and the Agency Workspace includes three seats with more added from Billing. For clients or partners who shouldn't take a paid seat, use the complimentary access list under Account settings: paste their emails, pick a tier, and they have access the moment they sign up with that address. Client shortlist links sit outside both lists — anyone holding the link can view it, so switch Client link enabled off to revoke one.
