My Location Engine, operated by Cesar Quinones, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If My Location Engine is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund that payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at cqlocations@gmail.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
